Welcome to our advanced searches page. From here you can view advanced search grids which allow you to search, sort and print information.

 

Selecting a search

To select a search simply click the name of the search in the menu shown to the left.

 

Searching

To search, type the value you want to search for in the search box at the top of the grid. This will search all visible fields for the value you specified. This is useful when trying to search by purchase order number, or to find a part you previously purchased by searching for the description.

 

Sorting

By clicking on a column header you can sort the grid on that field. The first time you click a column header it will sort in ascending order. The second time, it will sort in descending order.

 

Link Fields

You will notice that many fields have links that you can click. These links perform different actions depending on the field. For example, if you click on the ID of a sales order, or invoice, it will open a new window which will provide you with a printable report. If you click on a part number it will take you to that specific part. You are also able to click Question in some fields which will take you to a page where you can ask a specific question related to the record you were viewing.

 

Available Searches
